Beauche International fs Week 2

Yey! I finally have a time to post the 2nd week update of using Beauche International fs. Since I started posting picture of my progress, I decided to post the pictures until I finished/got in to the point that I wanted to stop using the set. It will be a very bold move but I decided to push through to proved that not only perfect skinned people are allowed to blog about beauty. I mean, how about us -- people with skin problems?! I am here to show my fellas that somewhere, something is there to be a cure for our biggest frustration. I wanted to let them know that they're not alone.

going back to Beauche..

WEEK 2

Day 8-15: Aside from agonizing while applying the clarifying solution, exfoliating cream and rejuvenating cream, my skin experience minor peeling near my lips. My whiteheads are gone, pimples on both jawline are drying, my blackheads on nose are still very visible (and many) and my forehead pimple is 80% healed. Pimple marks are still visible, I don't even see they're slightly fading. On the chin area, the pimple healed but the bump is still there. My skin is doing good in terms of brightening effect. There's nothing actually more to say about this week. But I am not yet giving up!

I also happen to purchased my 2nd set on this week. Better to be prepared than never.

Here's the scariest and most shocking part of every Beauche post that I will make..

Are you ready guys?

I think my skin looks gorgeous! Thanks A.C. cream! :)

How about this one?

Guess not that bad for second week progress?

Verdict for 2nd week experience:
7.5 out of 10 -- It healed but didn't seemed to wow me at all! I started waking up, feeling like "blaaaaaaaah!" unlike the first week. Maybe because, I still see the pimple marks are not getting lighter. :(
I still won't give up!

Disclaimer's Note:

Before I continue writing my 2nd week update on Beauche International's facial set, I would like to tell you guys that I am not affiliated to the company nor being paid for the review I am making. Unless stated. I am posting my review according to my experience. Thank You!

-- hehehe! just wanted to make it all clear to you guys

Beauche International facial set week 1 skin update

I started using the set like two weeks ago (on going to third week). My skin had a break out prior to using Beauche, they're from the products I used 1 & 2 and before using Beauche, I paused for 8days just plain washing of face with cetaphil. The picture of my face on the 2nd link is my skin's condition when I started using the set. Below of this post is the picture of my face after using it for one week.

WARNING: if you're easily disgusted with people taking picture of their acne scarred face closely..... please look away or close your eyes. :)

WEEK 1

BEFORE BEAUCHE:
Pimples are all over my face especially on the cheeks, jawline (left and right - 1 pimple for each sides) & forehead - there lays the most notorious pimple of mine.
My nose: somehow have blackheads on it
Near my lips (right): got whiteheads

Week 1 Experiences
Day 1 & 2: Nothing. Except, I noticed that it stings a little whenever I apply the regimen. And on my 2nd night, I felt my face getting stretched. The pimples are getting drier. Face turned Orangey-brown something.
Day 3-5: My face turned totally dark orangey-brown and it peeled. I am not telling you about micro-peeling here, it peeled OBVIOUSLY (good thing I'm not yet working or else this would be a problem). On the jaw line area (both left & right) pimples are starting to show up. Whiteheads appeared near my lips on the right side. On my nose area, I saw a blackhead looking like it's being pushed out of my pore. My nose is still looking like a strawberry skin. I felt my face tighter than before.
Day 6-7: My whiteheads near the lips are getting dried. There's micro-peeling and yet, I started waking up feeling beautiful than ever because whenever I look into the mirror my face is like smiling and telling me "Good morning! I'm feeling extra gorgeous right now :)". My jaw line pimples are seemed multiplying. And my chin got pimples and whiteheads. Face is noticeably whiter than before. BUT the pimple marks (red one) doesn't seemed to get any lighter. :(

So here's the picture I'm talking about.

Hold your breath

Don't say I didn't warn you!

As you can see, I also have problem on my chin, I have a pimple like or bump whatever there and it is also the reason why I use Beauche, to get rid of that mysterious bump.

VERDICT for 1st week experience:
If I am after whitening my face, I would give it 10 out of 10, hands down. The product delivered amazing result in whitening my face in just a short span of time (7days ladies & gents! very promising in whitening). But I am after Beauche because I wanted to heal my face from skin impurities/problems(pimples, whiteheads and blackheads and obviously pimple marks & somehow lightening the scars--if possible). In terms of satisfaction of its healing ability on my break out caused by previous regimen. I will give it 7 out 10. Because it heal my pimples (on my cheeks) I had before using it but I actually think my face looked worse than my starter picture because after healing the pimples it took many out. And it didn't heal my jaw line pimple, it even add another pimples. But it's just a week. And I know I am going through purging stage. I am not totally disappointed since it has a long way to go. Will keep you updated! :)

Introducing Beauche International facial set

I finally got my hands on this facial set! And I was really excited to try it on my face (though it was risky).

I got the set for 750php. It consists of a beauty bar soap, toner, clarifying solution, exfoliating cream and rejuvenating cream. I actually bought 2 extra beauty bar soap (1 for me & 1 for my sister).

According to them - Beauche the facial set is:
"Our product is very good for skin irregularities like:
Pimples
Acne
Pigmentation
Discoloration
Oily face
Black and White heads
Old skin/ Open pores
Warts"

And the initial reactions of the skin during first week would be:
Redness of face
Stinging sensation
Appearance of new pimples
Tightening of skin

I am not going to post the routine/ how to use the products because I have seen TONS of posts in personal blogs, multiply sites, facebook accounts, sulit and even youtube. Especially the authorized dealers of the products are doing that. But in case you still wanted to know how to, I would like to recommend this link: Beauche - every detail about the products are there and they also got beauty tips when using their product.

Personally, I am after its healing ability. You see, I got a terrible skin and I don't know if Beauche can do wonders to me. Stay Tuned! ;)

Skin update

I must say my ACV toner 1 week journey is fine. It dried my pimples quick BUT new pimples keep on appearing. Well I guess it's because of the exfoliant cream I am using which is Maxipeel.

yep. The cream actually helped drying my pimples but since it causes to go through purging stage new pimple keeps coming out and not to mention that it was my month (you probably get what I really mean). The cream actually made positive effect on me.

Some of my pimple dried out though there are still some pimples and blemishes left. In overall look of my face when taken picture (which I don't have the strength to do yet) It's waaaaay better. I actually look brighter (mom said). Also the cream actually removed the white heads I have in the right part near to my chin. I would like to share my face's condition right now.

It looked like my face got WORSE. I completely stopped treating my face with the Maxipeel cream because as I have said on my previous post, I would like to try Beauche facial set. Despite of some negative results to other people who have used it, they never caused me to step back on trying Beauche. I mean,I still have my ACV toner formula and not to mention my Tea Tree Oil. *winks* I just wanted to say that before formulating my own toner (and before my face became a problem like a serious one), I have been reading posts about Beauche for a month. And I could tell you that I am very very eager to try it. I blame the Beauche store in Pulanglupa right beside the 7-eleven. Plus the store is totally cute because it's in pink. It TOTALLY got me curious about their products. I have encountered the product name once - that was when the hype about Local Obagi is really high. Of course, I ignored Beauche because I am ineterested to Local Obagi. Anyway, I saw the Beauche facial set already and I can say it was kinda similar to L.O. Or, maybe it was actually a better formulation of Local Obagi with a name on it, not to mention the FDA and Halal approval. Although I said that I don't have enough financial support to buy the set... I actually managed to save. LOL! (that's how eager I am) And even if I don't buy my own set, I have my sister. I actually got her interested because I told her "Ate, bili tayo ng Beauche mukha kasing maganda. Nabasa ko sa mga reviews". Now my sister is asking me when I will buy my set because she's going too. Thank God for the distributors here in Las PiƱas area. I am literally excited to try and cheers to the end of my sleepless nights of not being able to buy Beauche for me. The photo above will be my starting point and we'll see how the product works. Stay tuned!

DIY Apple Cider Vinegar toner

My skin is terrible right now. So terrible that it demotivated me to look for a job. I was desperate to find a cure for my breakout. My 3-days search for that regimen took me to countless options like: Retin-A, Local Obagi, Beauche, Maxipeel, RDL, Eskinol, Pond's and CY Gabriel Medicated soap to name a few of them. I literally scourged the net finding reviews about these products. The product I really wanted to try is the Beauche set but my current "asset" cannot provide enough support to me on this set. That's when I realized I needed to formulate my own beauty routine without cutting my budget. So I researched again the net, and stumbled on this video.

The video is about making an ACV mask/toner but actually mask because you need to use it once or twice a week. The video hit me, I googled (my bestfriend) about ACV as a toner at MUA and Acne.org and most of the reviews were good. So I decided to make my own toner. I chose ACV because it's effective on my hair as dandruff buster. Yep, I use ACV for my hair. I dilute 2 tbsp. of ACV with 4 parts of water and use it after applying conditioner. As for the lingering scent, I didn't encounter such problem because aside from diluting it with water I do my last rinse of water after letting it sit for a minute. Here is a preview on beneficial effects of ACV toner on skin:
From LiveStrong
If you are looking for acne relief, try apple cider vinegar toner, which contains malic and lactic acids. It treats acne, promotes exfoliation and reduces red marks. This vinegar also regulates skin to its proper pH. The result is often healthy, clean pores, a natural defense against bacteria and dead skin cell turnover for glowing skin. Although this toner's benefits are impressive, it is contraindicated for people with sensitive skin. However, if you still wish to try it, purchase the raw, organic variety; it is reportedly somewhat gentler on the skin.
So here is my own recipe for ACV toner.

Jah's DIY toner
What you'll need:
An atomizer
2 tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Green Tea Bag (diluted in a cup about 1 1/2 inches of water for max. effect)
2 tbsp. Lemon juice (or calamansi)
2 tbsp. Essential oil (I used Tea Tree Oil)
What to do:
Using a funnel pour all the ingredients in the atomizer. If you do not have funnel, you can mix the ingredients first in a cup then pour the mixture in the atomizer.
The toner lasts up to two weeks.

Recommended usage: Twice a day

The ingredients I used are totally known to help in clearing pimple/blemishes.

Lemon
The lemon is a citrus fruit that contains vitamin C, citric acid, B vitamins, carbohydrates and a small amount of protein. Commonly used around the world as food and medicine, the juice of the lemon may also be applied topically to benefit your skin. Lemon juice is mildly acidic, so it may sting or temporarily irritate your skin when it is applied. Therefore, if your skin is sensitive, dilute the juice with water and use a cotton ball or your fingertips to apply it to your skin.
DIMINISHES SCARS
Lemon juice may aid in diminishing the appearance of scars and age spots. It may also reduce the appearance of scars left behind from acne lesions. Melasma, a skin condition that results in the hyperpigmentation of the face during pregnancy, may also benefit from regular applications of lemon juice. For the treatment of scars, apply a small amount of lemon juice to the area of concern and splash with cool water.
HEALS ACNE
The antibacterial properties of lemon juice make it a good natural treatment for acne, and when applied to your skin regularly, lemon juice may speed up the healing of acne lesions and prevent future breakouts. Lemon juice may be used to successfully remove blackheads.
EXFOLIATES
If your skin is oily, lemon juice may be applied to your face to reduce the oiliness. The citric acid contained in lemon juice works as a mild skin peel by removing the outermost layer of your skin and reducing shine. The daily use of lemon juice on your face as a skin toner will gently remove dead skin cells, revealing a brighter, smoother complexion.

Green Tea
Tea is the second-most popular beverage in the world after water, but scientific research is beginning to show that it's not just good for drinking. Green tea, an unfermented form of the leaf, is particularly promising for its health benefits, and more than 150 clinical studies have tried to find out whether green tea has positive effects on the skin.
ANTI-AGING
Green tea compounds have significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, with studies suggesting green tea extracts can help prevent ultraviolet radiation damage.
SKIN CANCER
Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Several studies have looked at the possibility of green tea preventing or treating skin cancer.
SUN PROTECTION
Because skin cancer is often caused by overexposure to the sun's UVA and UVB rays, scientists and cosmetics companies are constantly trying to find ways to improve sunscreen products.

Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil can benefit the following skin conditions:
Ring worm and athlete's foot
Softens corns
Cuts and scrapes
Itching of insect bites and chicken pox
Warts
Acne
Dandruff

Well I still have to keep track on my progress to attest that this is really effective.
Brands Recommended (for ACV and Tea Tree Oil)
For ACV, I recommend to use RAW Apple Cider Vinegar. The one with the "Mother" because it's the source of ACV's magic. If you use brands like Heinz or the ones that have been filtered you will never ever benefit or get any result like the raw ACV could give. I personally recommend:

Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar available at Healthy Options and any "green" stores.I forgot the price. sorry.

The body Shop Tea Tree Oil for 495php (not sure) but the price is close to 500php

My face's current condition. :(

Ugliness

Before writing another blog post, I was watching the movie called: "The break-up" starring Vince Vaughn Jennifer Aniston (one of my favorite stars btw). These past few days I am into movie marathon all by myself, I will stay up during wee hours of the night. I kind of like watching different romance/comedy/drama/action movies. Just to get the hung-ups of not being employed yet. This movie I was watching just randomly appear on my download list , I am not particularly going through the same situation.

Anyway to get related to my title post, I suddenly found myself cutting my long hair, trying to get rid of the rough ends I got when I tried that stupid and cheap-type rebonding thing. As I was staring on my face on the mirror, a thought came across my mind when someone told me that ugliness, that severe acne problem, that undiscoverable (don't really know if such word exists) talent, that intelligence quotient are totally synced with genetics. And then I started google-ing about ugliness and genetics. Unfortunately, genetics has a great influence on who we are and what we look right now.

Genetics really made me insecure about myself. I wanted to have that clear, spotless and smooth skin - unfortunately I got totally opposite of it. I wanted to have a perfect set of teeth but I have to wear braces in order to have it. I wanted to be creative like - know how to draw, paint, decorate, dance, sing, play any musical instrument. I wanted to be one of those kids whom parents will be proud because of the medals and trophies I got for being the most intelligent in class, in the batch or better in school. But sadly I don't have any of that and I am not topnotcher in class.

I was desperate to join those people who feels and says "I'm ugly" forum along with my membership on acne.org. You know, these kind of forums is handy whenever you feel like you need someone who will understand you, someone who can relate because she's/he's there or she's/he's been there and someone whom you don't even know yet makes you smile and feel good about life because they say and makes you feel you're not alone. Because some people are really talking crap when you tell them you're feeling ugly, you hate yourself because you're just plain ugly, you will gladly scratch your face with sand paper if it will help erase those acne scars. They will say "I understand you", "I don't think you're ugly", and the most crap of all is this: "your skin is fine to me" when the fact is they're not into that situation and never experienced it. Not that I am not thankful to them but it's still better to share with someone who have/had that situation. Literally, it's about mutual feelings.

After a little long quiet moments, I came to realize.. Genetics may have its share on what I am right now. I may have been bullied because of what I look then and now but I simply have no right to feel so low, so sad, so disappointed about it because genetics simply means my parents. They mold me into what I am right now. I owe my life to them -- beautiful or ugly, bombshell or overweight, intelligent or not so intelligent, talented or not. They gave me shelter, food and clothes. Provided me things I NEED and WANT. I never and will never ever blame my parents just because I am not that girl who HAS IT ALL. Sure I questioned and cried to God why did/does let me get through with these problems but his answers became clearer as I get to know myself more -- the shortcomings I have is also my gain. Oh yes, you could raise your eyebrows and whisper how come? now. My gain because I presumed some of those people who has it all can be really so unimpressive when it comes to their attitude, something is lacking in them. I know that because there are many true stories of it. Me, on the other hand, doesn't have it all but I have a happy family and friends who loves me and I have the big heart who can love someone in a way that no one else will. I have the intelligence and creativity that I could express differently, but, of course, that's for those people who can see beauty beyond.

I know I sound so like of those people who are really ugly (which I will never deny): Who will say: that beauty is in the eye of beholder; that beauty is skin deep; that beauty is more than meets the eye. You can put a sign on me that says CERTIFIED UGLY right now, but for me, there is one truth above all: Beauty is all that until it diminishes as you age but a beautiful heart is timeless. You don't need to try hard to retain it, you don't need plastic surgery, implants, braces, botox, beauty creams, make-ups to enhance. You don't need to be Jimmy Neutron, to be Picasso, to be Beethoven, to be Whitney Houston, to be a member of a champion team on UK's best dance crew, it just comes out naturally. I maybe ugly but at least I get to experience the ups and downs, the bitter and sweet and the love and hate about life.

My moral lesson in this moments of pondering: Sometimes simplicity works best. Simplicity here doesn't mean plain looking, not exciting, boring, and lifeless. but rather it means not having everything you wanted. That what you have is the only thing that makes you -- YOU, a person who is better than the other or could be the best of all. A person who doesn't have all but feels like "I couldn't ask for more in my life" rather than a person who has it all but still feel something is missing in their life.
